Return & Exchange

To be accepted, the item must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Returns or exchanges must happen during delivery — once the courier leaves, we can't process your request
• Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges on discounted products
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• All requests must go through our official Returns & Exchange Form

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all over Egypt. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
• Other governorates: 3–5 business days
• You'll receive a confirmation once your order ships

Payment

We accept cash on delivery (COD) for all orders across Egypt. Online payment options are coming soon.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it's shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but you can return the item during delivery.
