  • REFUND POLICY

    You can return your items within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Step 1: Request a Refund

    • How to start: Fill out our Return & Exchange Request Form to submit your request.
    • Pickup: We will arrange a courier to pick up the item(s) from your location.
    • Video Check: We will ask for a video of the item first. (Note: This is an initial check and does not mean the refund is approved yet).

    Step 2: Return & Inspection

    • Warehouse: We must first receive the item at our warehouse (this can take up to 7 days).
    • Final Inspection: Once received, we will carefully check all items. This is the step that decides if your refund is accepted.
    • To qualify for a refund, items must be: In perfect condition. With original tags and labels attached. Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear. In the original packaging.

    Step 3: Finalizing Your Refund

    • Processing Time: It takes up to 7 days after inspection to finalize your refund.

    If your refund is not accepted:
    If the item does not meet the conditions above, you have two options:

    1. Return it to you: We ship the item back to you (shipping fees apply).
    2. Leave it with us: You allow us to keep the item permanently.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    You can exchange your items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition.

    Exchange Conditions:
    The item must be:

    • In its original packaging.
    • Unworn and unused.
    • With all tags attached.
    • Free of any stains or odors.

    Important Notes:

    • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees for returns and exchanges.
    • Damaged Items: We do not accept items that have been damaged by the customer.
