ORDERING
Do I need to create an account to shop at Meroma?
No, you don't have to. You can check out as a guest every time.
However, creating an account makes your experience smoother — no need to re-enter your details each time.
How do I place an order?
Browse, pick your favorite pieces, and add them to your cart. When you're done, go to your cart, review your items, and proceed to checkout.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Egypt. Online payment is coming soon.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at meroma.eg@gmail.com or on Instagram @meroma.eg with your order number and we'll sort it out.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed. If you have an account, you can also track your order status under "My Account".
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
Other governorates: 3–5 business days
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed we can't change the shipping address. Please double-check your info before placing your order.
There's a missing item in my order. What should I do?
We're truly sorry! Please email us at meroma.eg@gmail.com and we'll fix it right away.
I received a defective or wrong item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Send us a photo of the item to meroma.eg@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
SIZING & FIT
How do I know which size to choose?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit. We recommend going with your usual size — if you're between sizes, size up.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — but only during delivery while the courier is present. Once the courier leaves, we can't process the request. The item must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Sale items are final.
How do I submit a return or exchange request?
Fill out our Returns & Exchange Form and we'll get back to you within 24–48 business hours.
